Html Version for pc and mobile

finally as the title suggests... its available for mobile and pc on browser 

ill keep adding more levels to this game 

also... menuscreeeeen   reeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!! 

ill only update the html version from now on until the game is entirely finished 

right now its sitting at version  0.3

ill release to Windows and maybe linux after i get to version 1.0 or something
